THE ART OF WELLBEING

Yoga reaches the essence of our existence, offering a path of self-awareness and self-fulfillment. Its different branches, from Hatha yoga (the most well-known and popular branch) to the more meditative and philosophical branches (such as Raja, Mantra, Kriya, Karma, Laya, Swara, etc.), cultivate all levels of existence on the physical, mental, and emotional realms.

Yoga is for everyone, but it is meant for those who seek to explore the essence of their existence, discovering the system, style and approach that suit their practice.

At YogaHomePractice “Ananda”, the goal is to expand awareness for a more meaningful and balanced life. Following the principles of the Satyananda yoga system, the body and the senses become the portal that leads us towards recognizing, observing and accepting the self in its entirety. The expansion of Awareness adds meaning and substance to life, enriching one’s own journey in terms of their actions. Yoga is the experience of existence, and no theoretical analysis can capture the benefits it brings on the personality of each student.

Consistent yoga practice has been shown to:

  • Improve health, boosting all the systems of the body
  • Eliminate or significantly reduce the symptoms of chronic diseases
  • Strengthens the musculoskeletal system
  • Enhance endurance
  • Improve breathing
  • Enhance focus and concentration

At YogaHomePractice “Ananda”, we offer an authentic experience of a classic, holistic Yoga class, keeping to the teaching as given to us.

We look forward to seeing you…

Yoga starts with the body and completes with the realisation of our internal nature, the spiritual dimension.

Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.

Do not promise – act.
Do not dream – realize.

Realize that the world is only a reflection of yourself, and stop finding fault with the reflection. Attend to yourself, set yourself right – mentally and emotionally. The physical self will follow automatically.
